1. Scope of Service

SeferLog provides a software platform designed for fleet managers, transport operators, and drivers to log trips, manage vehicle/driver assets, and track operational expenses.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

SeferLog may offer premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store mechanisms and are governed by their respective billing terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for maximum service availability and reporting accuracy, SeferLog shall not be liable for indirect damages or data inaccuracies resulting from GPS signal loss, network interruptions, or device-level errors.
