• Account Information: Email address, full name, and encrypted authentication tokens managed via Google Firebase Authentication.
• Fleet & Trip Data: Vehicle license plates/models, trip dates, origins, destinations, fuel expenses, and operational notes.
• Location Data: Precise and coarse location data collected with explicit user consent to calculate trip distances and display active trip routes.
• Voice Data: Temporary audio inputs processed when microphone permissions are granted for voice-command trip logging.
• Device & Analytics Data: Crash reports, device type, operating system version, and in-app usage metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain fleet tracking, trip logging, and cost analysis features,
• To synchronize data seamlessly between mobile devices and panel.seferlog.com,
• To secure user accounts and prevent unauthorized access,
• To diagnose technical bugs and improve application performance,
• To verify in-app purchases and subscriptions via Apple App Store and Google Play Billing.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We utilize trusted cloud and infrastructure providers solely to operate our service:

• Google Firebase: Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Storage infrastructure.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displaying non-intrusive advertisements on free tier accounts.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Processing in-app subscriptions and payment validation.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, use the in-app settings menu or email us at destek@seferlog.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". All your personal records will be permanently deleted within 3 business days.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
